Privacy notice
What happens to what you send.
- Who
- ZATONA BIOSCIENCES is operated by Dmitrii Zatona, an individual based in New York, United States. He is the controller of anything you send through this site.
- What is collected
- Only what you type into the form: what you run, your organisation and role, the readout, the claim, the stage, and your work email. The request also carries the IP address and country your browser presents; they are used to filter automated submissions and appear once in the email.
- Where it goes
- The form is turned into one email and delivered to a single inbox. Delivery is handled by Cloudflare (hosting) and Resend (email sending), both in the United States. Nothing is written to a database, and no copy is kept on the site. For the invitation-only representative application form, answers are also stored in Airtable (United States).
- Why
- To read your message and reply to it. The legal basis is the step you take yourself before any agreement, and our legitimate interest in answering.
- How long
- The email stays in the inbox for as long as the conversation is open, and at most three years after the last exchange, unless an agreement with you requires otherwise.
- What not to send
- No patient data, no images, no protected health information, nothing covered by an NDA. This channel is not set up for it; anything of that kind is deleted on receipt.
- Your rights
- You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to its use. If you are in the EU, EEA, UK or Switzerland, this applies under the GDPR and its equivalents; your message is transferred to the United States when you send it. Write to the address below.
- What it is not
- Sending a message creates no obligation on either side. Nothing on this site is an offer of securities or an invitation to invest.
- Analytics
- Page views are counted with a self-hosted, cookie-free instance of Plausible. No identifiers are stored.
